From the supplier: Transportation Financial Systems has been ordered to pay $18 million in a workers compensation fraud case brought by the Texas Workers' Compensation Insurance Facility, Travelers Indemnity Co and the National Council on Compensation Insurance. The two companies filed suit against Travelers when, after a protracted investigation, Travelers suspended their workers comp coverage.
